DESCRIPTION:&nbsp\;\n\nJoin us for a truly magical children's session in ou
 r kitchen. In this "herbology class"\, we'll be looking at home-grown herb
 al medicines and how to preserve them.  Professor Radstone has dug out an
  old apothecary's box with vials for potions and other unidentifiable subs
 tances (sure I saw Eye of Newt somewhere...) and there'll be other histori
 cal medical instruments to experiment with...\n\nWhat to expect: Our kitch
 en will turn into a potions classroom where Professor Radstone from the De
 von &amp\; Exeter Medical Heritage Trust will lead a children's session ab
 out the uses of herbs that can be found in garden\, park and lane. We'll l
 ook at identifying them\, preserving them and what they can be used for. A
  playful introduction to natural remedies with more than a hint of a magic
 al Harry-Potter-style lesson for ages 6+\n\nWe'll provide cloaks for the c
 hildren\, and encourage dressing up to add to the fun. At the end of the s
 ession\, each child will get a certificate of attendance to take away. The
 re'll be the option to make a wizard badge for an extra fee after the work
 shop. We do ask for one responsible adult to be present at all times.\n\nW
 e'll have squash and hot drinks available\, too.\n\nDiscounted early-bird

 h many buses stopping on the High Street (1o mins).\n\nAccess\nUnfortunate
 ly\, only the ground floor of our building is wheelchair-accessible.\n\nFa
