SUMMARY:From Haydn to The Highlands - The Orchard Cafe String Quartet
DESCRIPTION:The Orchard Cafe String Quartet's programme will be a blend of 
 their signature contemporary folk tune arrangements\, along with music by 
 classical composers inspired by folk music. Classical music will include m
 elodies from Haydn\, Vaughan Williams and Satie. Folk music will include t
 unes from Denmark\, Norway\, Sweden and Scotland. Many of these contempora
 ry arrangements wouldn't be out of place in a film soundtrack. The quartet
  writes some of its own music and the programme will include tunes by Exet
 er based composer\, Ali Jones.\n\nDoors at 7pm for 7:30 start.\n\nDirectio
 ns\nSt Nicholas Priory is on Mint Lane with walking access from Fore Stree
 t or Bartholomew Street West.\n\nThe nearest car park is Mary Arches Stree
 t\, which is a five-minute walk. Exeter Central railway station is a ten
 -minute walk. The bus station is a 15-minute walk with many buses stoppin
 g on the High Street which is ten minutes away.\n\nAccess\nUnfortunately\,
  due to the nature of this historic building\, there is no wheelchair acce
 ss for our upstairs rooms.\n\nFacilities\nOur outdoor toilet block can be
